The Strand Welcomes Ron Albanese and His ‘Sunshine & Good Times Show & Christmas Songs, Too’
Ron Albanese: The #1 Kids’ & Family Entertainer is world-renowned as the “KING OF KIDDIE ROCK & ROLL!” He is a New Jersey-based singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, author, storyteller, and schoolteacher for 25+ years (reading and technology, Pre-K through 6th grade). Ron tours nationally, performing to thousands of fans at fairs, festivals, theaters, malls, tree lighting events, schools, libraries, galas, and corporate functions. Ron Albanese is a one-man show that sounds like a full band! This HIGH-ENERGY, Interactive Educational Musical Comedy Concert features Ron’s original kids’ songs and videos. Plus, rock and surf cover songs by Poison, The Beach Boys, and Jimmy Buffett — and Christmas Songs too!
Ron plays acoustic guitar, sings, dances, teaches his dance moves, tells fun stories, and does mini comedy sets in between songs. Ron encourages everyone to participate in self-expression and movement. Kids and parents can sing, dance, laugh, and clap along! Ron shares his Sunshine and Good Times vibes with the young — and the young at heart. From his Hawaiian shirts — to his high kicks, Ron’s humorous, FUN, curriculum-based shows educate and entertain audiences of all ages.
