The October 1st Event Has Been Cancelled By Rhett Walker and His Booking Agency
Rhett’s agency requested yet another postponement, and has refused to honor the rescheduled date of October 1 with which we are contracted. It is wholly unfair to expect patrons to continue to hold tickets once a show is rescheduled, only to ask to hold them again for another, alternate date.
PLEASE READ FULLY HOW REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED:
- If you purchased tickets through The Strand website, refunds will be issued thru our ticketing service, AudienceView. A credit will appear on the account that you used to make the purchase originally.
- If you purchased tickets by calling The Strand Box Office or visiting in person, refund checks will be sent to the home address that we have in our records.
- Either way, refunds will take approximately 2 – 4 weeks to process. We ask for your patience while we work to issue all of the refunds.
We deeply regret that Rhett Walker and his band are not willing to honor our contracted, rescheduled date. It is incredibly frustrating when an artist or agency reneges on a contract as it hurts our reputation and disappoints hundreds of fans that were looking forward to the show.
We appreciate your understanding and patience while we process the refunds as quickly as possible.
