DESCRIPTION:Have A Few Laughs This Easter Season With This Irreverent Musical Comedy…Ok\, Have Lots of Laughs \n\n\n\nMost of our Easter shows have been joyful\, but also intense\, with shows like Jesus Christ Superstar\, Joseph\, Godspell\, and even our exclusive Ron Slanina’s Bible On Broadway. This year\, we take a light-hearted approach with Nunsense\, a hilarious spoof about five nuns managing a fundraiser.  \n\n\n\n\n\nMost of the sisterhood become the ‘dearly departed’ from botulism after a meal made by Sister Julia Child of God. The remaining nuns – ballet-loving Sister Leo\, street-wise Sister Robert Anne\, befuddled Sister Mary Amnesia\, Mother Superior Sister Regina\, and mistress of the novices Sister Mary Hubert – stage a talent show to raise money to cover funeral costs. The catchy songs and irreverent comedy will have audiences rolling with laughter. \n\n\n\nNunsense is part of the ‘Tis The Season Subscription Series sponsored by Waymaker Wealth Management which also includes Miracle on 34th Street The Musical\, and American Made Music Fest. \n\n\n\nTickets are currently only available as part of the Tis The Season Subscription series. DESCRIPTION:Even In A World Where More Laughter is Needed\, Is This Show TOO Funny? \n\n\n\nA Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum is one of the funniest Broadway musicals ever written! Set in Roman times\, this non-stop farce of a comedy combines the ancient comedies of Plautus with Vaudevillian delivery! \n\n\n\n\n\nPsuedolus schemes to win the heart of the beauteous Phelia for his young master\, Hero. Of course\, chaos ensues with hair-brained schemes\, severe cases of mistaken identity\, slamming doors and convoluted plot twists! \n\n\n\nIn the intimate setting of The Strand\, the audience is practically joining the show as a forum of Roman citizens.
