Comedy Night with Mike Wysocki
Saturday March 10 @ 8:00pm ONLY!
Pittsburgh favorite Mike Wysocki and special guest Derrick Knopsnyder are ready to keep 'grown up' yucks rolling at The Strand!

Mike is a popular Pittsburgh comedian known for regularly contributing to the WDVE Morning Show and co-hosting the
Jim Krenn and The Q Morning Show on Q92.9FM. Mike is notable for his strong writing skills and sardonic look at American life, and you can now read his insights into P
ittsburgh sports (and more) every week in Pittsburgh City Paper's The Cheap Seats.  You can also listen to him on the weekly Mike Wysocki Show podcast featuring co-host Josh King and special guests. (You can also listen to Mike in past episodes of the No Restrictions podcast on and the Pittsburgh Podcast Network.)

Mike won the 2013 Inaugural Jack Rollins Breakthrough Talent Competition at the Cabo Comedy Festival, leading to his national television debut on The Arsenio Hall Show. Mike regularly performs at comedy clubs across the country, opening for acts like Norm Macdonald, Billy Gardell, Tommy Chong, Judah Friedlander, Craig Shoemaker and Bobby Slayton, to name a few.

Derrick Knopsnyder officially made his start in stand-up comedy after his freshman year in college, and has since become one of the fastest rising comedians in Pittsburgh, as well as one of the youngest comedians to regularly feature at his hometown club, The Pittsburgh Improv. As a young comedian, Derrick uses his boyish charm and quick wit to connect with audiences, but it's his awkwardness that keeps them laughing and makes him a fan favorite wherever he hits the stage. Balancing both school and stand-up, Derrick completed his bachelor's degree in Professional Golf Management and a master's degree in Science, all while performing at clubs and colleges all over the east coast with great comedians like Bo Burnham, Dave Coulier, Taylor Williamson, Jon Lovitz, Jon Reep, Greg Warren and more. Now a college graduate, Derrick has won The Stand Up To Cancer Competition in Huntington, WV and was most recently named a finalist at the Cleveland Comedy Festival.
