Get Your Kids into The Strand's Top-Shelf Musical Theatre Camp

If you have kids ages 10 to 18 that love performing and being involved in musical theater, The Strand offers this outstanding opportunity.   Your child will be engaged in a three-week musical theater day camp led by industry professionals with genuine performance and directing experience and credits.
This immersive program offers extensive training, rehearsal and production experience, culminating with three performances of Into The Woods, Jr!  From 8:30am - 3pm, Monday - Friday, students will audition for roles, learn parts, music and dialogue, choreography and many other aspects of creating this production for the stage.

Students from The Strand's immersive musical theater camp rehearse the

opening number of The Strand's 2017 camp project, Xanadu, Jr.

In addition to learning and rehearsing for the final performances, additional seminars and training programs will take place over the course of the camp.
Other musical theater camps downtown or throughout the region offer programs that are a shorter length and cost more.  At $300 for a three-week camp, taught by industry pros, our camp is a genuine bargain.  Discounted tuition available for multiple students in the same household.
